2022 is starting off with a BANG! Active Listings are down 8% from last month and a whopping 46% lower than last year this time. But on the flip side New Listings are up 18% from last month. Pending Sales are up 19% and Listings Sold are down 25% compared to December of 2021.

Big change from last year to this year, the average Sales price in Jaunary of 2021 was $331,686 to $403,825.
